He worked in the Information Technology field for 15 years before he was a mortgage broker. Pati is known as the Mortgage Broker with a “heart of a teacher”. As a former educator and counselor, she will take the time to explain each step of the mortgage process to ensure a smooth transaction.

Chuck has been in the mortgage industry since 1972 in Virginia Beach, VA and here in Pensacola, FL since 2005. He owned his own mortgage company for 10 years. He has arranged residential and commercial loans for borrowers throughout the country.

He took off a year and worked with the SBA Disaster Assistance program arranging loans for the victims of the Katrina hurricane disaster.

He has been involved in the Marine Corps League for 20 plus years and held the office of Sr. Vice Commandant for the state of VA. He has been the Adjutant / Paymaster in two different Detachments, presently the Paymaster for the Cpl. J. R. Spears Det. #066 here in Pensacola.
